meems * mimi * sister * amelia mae
2 years and 11 months
1 month to go until the big
3 !!!
you started this month in one extreme and ended
it in another. at the beginning you answered every
request or comment by spitting at the requester/
commenter (usually me). a little later you moved
on to yelling "leave me alone" in a very frightening
voice and an even scarier look.
now, at the end of the month, you are all joy and
sweetness (well, most of the time, i guess you
have also found the fun in sticking out your
tongue when you want to make a point).
these last couple of days you have been happy
to be doing whatever it is we may be doing.
on our spring break trip you spent hours
floating around the pool on your fish with
a huge smile on your face. instead of walking
from place to place you bounce and skip and
hop!
you simply adore your brother and sister
and want them to be with you all of the time.
this often leads to brother crying and sister
kicking and whining, but they really love you
too. you started calling us mother and father
and you like to pretend you are sarah princess
(from the little princess).
you learned to ride your bike this month and
went from screaming in frustration to motoring
around the driveway at full speed. you want
to ride it in most of your spare time and if it
is raining you will just take out a towel, wipe
off the seat and hop on for a ride.
your absolute favorite thing is going to class at
church. you bound into class without a glance
my way and are pure happiness the whole
time.
i will be scheming in the next few weeks about
the perfect way to celbrate your 3rd birthday
and in the meantime i am very excited (and
a little scared) to see all of the extremes you
will bring us this month!
i love you! mom (mother)

sorry about this craz font! i don't know how that happened!
I love that she calls you mother and father! AHAHAHAHAHH!
Oliver loves to ride his little bike too but he refuses to use the pedals. He thinks he can go faster by sitting on the seat and pushing with his legs. Unfortunately this results in bruises on his shins from the pedals bumping them all the time and he looks like he is abused, but he does not care. Lovely.
Love you miss amelia. Never lose that happy and crazy spirit or that contagious smile. Seems to me you might be a little like your Mother. =)
I love your pictures on here, Rach!
